Orlando Spikes, M.S., M.M.

I help high-functioning people close the gap between the story they tell themselves and the life they're actually living.

What I Do

There's a population of people who are high-functioning enough that no clinical system ever flags them and too psychologically complex for most coaching frameworks to reach. They keep everything running. They get promoted. Everyone calls them when things go wrong. And they go home and feel — nothing. Or worse, restless. Like something is fundamentally off but they can't name it and wouldn't dare say it out loud. They already understand their patterns. You can tell them exactly what's happening and they'll nod — and do the same thing the next day. That gap, between understanding something and being able to act on it, is the whole problem.Every thought, behavior, and feeling creates little notes in the margins. Those notes accumulate into a narrative. And that narrative runs the show — quietly, underneath everything. What you're looking for is just past the scary thing.
